8. Expiration Date – How long do we keep them?

Bathroom & Kitchen Macle is not responsible for the loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, Bathroom & Kitchen Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused by computer viruses.

Finally, users must also take measures to protect their information. Bathroom & Kitchen Makleaar emphasizes that you take every precaution to protect your personal information while using the internet. At a minimum, you are advised to change your password regularly, using a combination of letters and numbers, and to make sure that you are using a secure browser.

11. Rights of the data owner and procedures to respond to their exercise – What are my rights as the data owner?

The user who is the owner of the data may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, confidentiality and deletion with regard to their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of article 15 et seq. of the RGPD, as applicable.
